Ray White Highfields (and formerly Toowoomba Range) has been independently owned and operated by Tony Franke and his partner Narelle Hosking since December 2005.

Local community is important to the team, often supporting Christmas campaigns like the Little Ray of Giving which enables the community and staff members to contribute gifts for children that would otherwise go without at that special time of year as well as supporting sporting groupss, sponsorship of the Highfields Village Shopping Centre Block Party and Toowoomba Turf Club as well as Showjumping competitions and many more smaller community initiatives.
